Setting Pump Alerts & Sounds

You can customize how you receive pump and CGM alerts related to your Tandem Mobi system. You can be notified of pump and CGM alerts on your pump and on your smartphone.

To setup pump and CGM alerts in the Tandem Mobi mobile app:

1. From the Navigation bar, tap Settings.
2. Tap Alerts & Sounds.
3. Tap the menu options to configure.

To set your pump to beep or vibrate for different situations, tap Pump Sounds.

To turn on smartphone notifications, tap App Notification Settings. In order to receive your pump notification on your smartphone, you must also enable notifications in your smartphone settings, and the Tandem Mobi mobile app must be open in the background. Use your smartphone settings to setup sound preferences for the notifications.
